Post Requirements

1. More than 5 years of on-site experience in electroplating workshop and more than 5 years of manual line operation.

2. Familiar with aluminum alloy (die casting and extrusion), copper alloy, zinc alloy electroplating process

3. With the hanging method, it can work on site and solve the quality abnormalities, including alkali copper, coke copper, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, bright tin, bright silver, silver carbon and PTFE chemical nickel plating tank maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

1, to ensure that the production line tank liquid, equipment parameters are normal.

2. Inspection of production line equipment.

3. Optimization of production process to ensure the achievement of production quality.

4. Whether the operation of production staff meets the requirements.

5. Reach the 7S requirements of the workshop and complete other work arranged by the superior leadership.
